あらすじ・概要

1868年、明治政府が発足した。サムライガンを擁する反幕府組織・評議会は、新政府に吸収される事となる。しかし権力の争奪が行われた後に組織は新政府側の赤軍と反逆集団の黒軍とに二分。だが赤軍に戦争を仕掛けた黒軍は敗北した。それから数年後…再び黒軍が現われた。そして黒き逆賊・月光が動き出す!!
